These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NDCTees website and your purchase of custom printing, embroidery, and related products and services from Next Day Custom Tees (“NDCTees,” “we,” “us”). By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & Orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change based on quantity, garment style, ink colors, print locations, artwork complexity, and turnaround. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and any required deposit is received.

Artwork & Proofs

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos, names, or trademarks you submit. We provide a digital proof for approval before production; we are not responsible for errors (spelling, colors, sizing, placement) approved by you. Color output may vary slightly between screens and printed/finished products.

Design Assistance

Professional art and design assistance is available for an additional fee and is not included in base pricing. Any custom artwork fees will be quoted before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Orders generally require payment or an approved deposit before production begins. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.

Turnaround & Rush Service

Turnaround times begin after artwork approval and receipt of payment/deposit. Rush service may be available for an additional charge. We are not liable for delays caused by supplier stock, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Cancellations

Because products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final and items are non-returnable except in the case of a verified production defect on our part. Report any issue within 7 days of receipt. Cancellations after production has begun may be subject to charges for work completed and materials used.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDCTees’ liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
