What & why

What is a DTF gang sheet?

A gang sheet is a single DTF transfer sheet packed with multiple designs - your logos, names, numbers, and graphics arranged together to make the most of every inch. Instead of ordering each design separately, you “gang” them onto one sheet and pay by the sheet, not the design. It’s the cheapest way to get a pile of ready-to-press, full-color transfers that apply to virtually any fabric.

Every sheet is printed in-house in San Antonio on an industrial M&R QUATRO DTF system - the same production-grade equipment trusted by high-volume print shops - so your colors stay sharp, vivid, and consistent from the first design to the last.

How it works

Build a gang sheet in four steps

  1. 1
Upload your artwork Drop in PNGs, JPEGs, or PDFs. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI presses cleanest - the builder can improve low-res art before you order.
  2. 2
Arrange & nest Drag, resize, and duplicate your designs, then auto-nest to fill the sheet. Add names and numbers right in the builder.
  3. 3
Pick your size Sheets are 24″ wide but the safe print area is 22″ wide - choose the length. Fit as many designs as you can; you pay for the sheet, not the design count.
  4. 4
Order & we print Check out online with your live price. We print, quality-check, and ready it for local pickup in San Antonio.

How to apply

Heat press instructions

  1. Pre-press the garment 5-10 seconds to flatten it and remove moisture.
  2. Position each transfer print-side down where you want it.
  3. Press at 300-320°F for ~15 seconds with medium-firm pressure.
  4. Peel per the sheet (hot or cold), then re-press 5-10 seconds with a cover sheet to lock it in.

No weeding or cutting. Applied correctly, DTF transfers hold up 50+ washes without cracking. A household iron can work in a pinch, but a heat press gives the strongest, longest-lasting bond.

FAQ

DTF gang sheets, answered

What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a single DTF transfer sheet packed with multiple designs - logos, names, numbers, and graphics arranged together to make the most of every inch. You pay by the sheet, not by the design, so it is the most economical way to get a pile of ready-to-press, full-color transfers.
How does the gang sheet builder work?
Upload your artwork, then drag, resize, duplicate, and auto-nest your designs to fill the sheet right in your browser. You can add names and numbers, see your live price as you go, and check out when it is ready. No design software needed.
How many designs can I fit on one sheet?
As many as you can nest into the printable area - there are no minimums and no per-design fees. The builder auto-arranges your artwork to use the space efficiently; the more you fit, the lower your cost per design.
What size gang sheets do you offer?
Our roll is 24 inches wide with a 22-inch safe print area, so nothing gets cut off. You choose the length (from a 12-inch mini sheet up to a 12-foot roll). Pick a fixed size or let the sheet grow as you add art and pay only for the length you use.
What files can I upload?
A print-ready PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI gives the best result; JPG and PDF also work. Low-resolution art can be improved right in the builder before you order.
How do I apply the transfers?
Heat press around 300-320°F for ~15 seconds with medium-firm pressure, then peel. No weeding or cutting. Applied correctly, DTF transfers hold up 50+ washes without cracking.
What's the turnaround?
Standard production is 72 hours; rush service is available. Local pickup in San Antonio only; contact us separately for shipping prices.
